Cancellation policy

• Up to 180 days before the meeting, free cancellation, no cancellation fees apply.
• Between 179 days and 45 days, any cancellation is subject to a 50% penalty.
• Less than 45 days, any cancellation is subject to full penalty, 100% cancellation charge applies.
• Early departures and "no-shows" are also subject to full penalty.
• All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 50€.
